The IT Mind is seeking an experienced Blue Prism automation specialist to design, build, and maintain automation solutions in Pune. You will work with Process Studio, Object Studio, and Work Queues within a secure, scalable bot landscape, focusing on exception handling and reusable components.

Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting existing workflows, implementing queue management, and supporting migrations to other platforms as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism automation development and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of Blue Prism architecture: Process Studio, Object Studio, Work Queues, Control Room, Scheduler.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, and optimizing existing automation workflows.
• Skilled in exception handling, reusable objects, and queue management.
• Familiar with credential management, environment variables, and secure automation practices.
• Ability to perform bot landscape analysis and support RPA migrations (e.g., to Power Automate Desktop).
• Good-to-have: debugging and troubleshooting bots.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :

Must-Have:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automation solutions using Blue Prism
• Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture, including Process Studio, Object Studio, Work Queues, Control Room, and Scheduler
• Experience in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing existing automation workflows
• Skilled in implementing exception handling, reusable objects, and queue management
• Familiar with credential management, environment variables, and secure automation practices
• Ability to perform bot landscape analysis and support RPA migration initiatives (e.g., to Power Automate Desktop)
