Job summary

Sentientgeeks Software And Consultancy is seeking an experienced RPA Blue Prism Developer to spearhead end-to-end automation, lead delivery teams, and ensure operational excellence. You will combine deep technical skills with governance, escalation handling, and strong stakeholder management to drive CoE initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in Blue Prism, hands-on .NET or Python, and exposure to AI/ML integrations; familiarity with SQL and APIs is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RPA experience with Blue Prism as main platform.
• Ownership of automation delivery or CoE initiatives, with leadership exposure.
• Hands-on with .NET (C#) or Python; exposure to AI/ML integrations.
• Experience with Power Platform, SQL, APIs and system integrations.
• Agile and CI/CD environments experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end automation initiatives and delivery across projects.
• Lead delivery teams and govern technical design and standards.
• Own solution design, PDD/SDD reviews, and effort estimation.
• Manage production support, incident handling, and RCA activities.
• Monitor SLAs, health checks, and reporting; coordinate escalations.

We are seeking an experienced RPA Blue Prism Developer to drive end-to-end automation initiatives, lead delivery teams, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management, governance, and production support capabilities, including escalation handling.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of RPA experience with Blue Prism as main platform
• Proven experience leading or taking ownership of automation delivery or CoE initiatives
• Hands-on experience with .NET (C#) or Python
• Strong exposure to AI/ML integrations in automation projects
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms
• Solid understanding of SQL, APIs, and system integrations
• Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments

Must-Have Skills

• Blue Prism architecture, design standards, and best practices
• Ability to own solution design and technical governance
• Strong experience in PDD/SDD reviews and solution estimation
• Experience managing production support, incident management, and RCA
• Operations exposure including SLA monitoring, process health checks, and reporting
• Ability to handle escalations, prioritise incidents, and coordinate resolutions
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Certifications

• Blue Prism Professional/Developer Certification
• Certification in Business Analysis / Agile / ITIL (plus)
