Job summary

Cowberry Industries in Rajasthan seeks a Field Coordinator to lead data collection across three agricultural seasons, supervise CRPs, and coordinate with farmers and RC inspections.

You will train farmers on natural farming practices, monitor field adoption, maintain reports, and ensure timely submission to the central project team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in organic/natural farming projects or community mobilization is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills to guide field-level teams and CRPs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with farmers and local communities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
  • Basic computer knowledge for data management and reporting.
