Job summary

Cowberry Industries in Gujarat seeks a Field Project Coordinator to oversee data collection across three agricultural seasons, support RC inspections, and lead CRPs for farmer engagement.

You will train farmers on cow-based natural farming products, monitor adoption, and coordinate with the central project team for reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, travel readiness, and good data management skills to maintain field records and assist in surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in organic/natural farming projects or community mobilization will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to guide field-level teams and CRPs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with farmers and local communities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
• Basic computer knowledge for data management and reporting.
