Dover is seeking a Blender Bonsai Specialist – BIM/Architecture for remote contract work. You will use Blender Bonsai to perform architectural and BIM tasks and record your screen to demonstrate workflows.

You will document each step, work with IFC files and BIM data, and provide clear explanations to help AI systems understand architectural processes. A strong background in architecture or BIM and hands-on Blender Bonsai experience are preferred.

• Work with 3D building models, IFC files, and BIM data.

• Demonstrate real-world architectural workflows through screen recordings.

• Clearly explain and document each step of your work.

• Ensure accuracy and quality in all completed tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional hands-on experience using Blender Bonsai.

• Strong background in architecture, architectural design, or BIM.

• Must have access to Blender Bonsai and be comfortable recording and sharing your screen.

• Good understanding of BIM modeling, IFC files, and architectural workflows.

• Ability to explain technical processes clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Experience working on professional BIM or architectural projects.
