Job summary

Virtual Building Studio Inc. is seeking a BIM Architect/Architectural BIM Modeler to craft detailed Revit models and construction documents for US-based projects. You will build 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp and renderers, producing high-quality renders and walkthroughs with Enscape, D5 Render, and Lumion.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Arch. and 1–4 years of hands-on BIM experience, with strong drawing interpretation and collaboration skills to ensure project success.

Qualifications

About the Role

Virtual Building Studio (VBS) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented BIM Architect / Architectural BIM Modeler with proficiency in Revit modeling, architectural visualization, and rendering software. The ideal candidate should have experience working on US-based projects, a strong understanding of architectural modeling, and the ability to create high-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations.

Key Responsibilities
