Job summary

JSW Steel in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced blast furnace operator to produce pig iron and maintain high quality standards. You will monitor process parameters, optimize efficiency, and ensure reliable operation of cooling and water systems on site.

The role requires 5–10 years in furnace operations or iron making, and a Diploma or degree in Metallurgical Engineering. Proficiency with cranes and excavators is expected, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, plant operations, production management, shop floor management and process optimization.
