Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic review of ECF via PACER and other systems for assigned US Bankruptcy Chapter 11 cases.
• Extract, sort, and organize ECF information by client and case type into the internal database.
• Monitor court dockets for updates, amendments, and court orders affecting case status.
• Proofs of Claim, case timelines; flag changes to US team.
• Ensure ECF entries meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Review rejected or denied claims, research causes, and resubmit corrections.
• Collaborate with US team on overnight ECF service requests; document filings.
• Deliver training to associates on ECF review procedures and data entry standards.

Job description

• Perform systematic review of Electronic Court Filings (ECF) via PACER and other court docket systems for assigned U.S. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all new filings, orders, and claim related documents.
• Extract, sort, and organize ECF information by client and case type in accordance with established classification protocols, and key all relevant data accurately into the internal database.
• Monitor court dockets for updates, amendments, objections, and court orders that may impact the status of active
• Proofs of Claim or case timelines, and flag changes to the US team as appropriate.
• Ensure all ECF-related entries are completed with a high degree of accuracy, meeting internal quality standards and U.S. Bankruptcy Code Chapter 11 compliance requirements.
• Review rejected or denied claims, research the causes, and resubmit corrected claims.
• Collaborate with the US team on overnight ECF service requests, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation of all electronic filings received during assigned shifts.
• Deliver training to both existing and new associates on ECF review procedures, data extraction standards, and database entry requirements, ensuring alignment with performance standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Proven 2 - 4 years of experience in US-based MNCs

Technical Skills:

• Data entry skills: A typing speed of at least 60 WPM with excellent spelling, grammar, and diction skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting cursive and various forms of handwritten documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Access, and Word.
• Exhibit proficiency in both written and verbal communication, showcasing the ability to comprehend provided information and draw appropriate conclusions.
• Maintain and update databases and records.
