Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Software Trainer role based in the Pune Division. The trainer will conduct classroom and lab-based training on civil-related CAD and design software, delivering structured lessons and practical demonstrations to learners at different skill levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, lesson plans, and assessments; guiding learners through hands‑on exercises; and providing individual support to help them understand software features and workflows. The role involves evaluating learner performance, giving constructive feedback, and updating course content in line with industry practices and software updates. The trainer will also collaborate with the center’s academic and administrative teams to ensure high‑quality training delivery and learner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer Software Training and general Training for civil engineering and CAD‑related tools.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for delivering clear instructions, explanations, and feedback to diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Instructional Design to create structured lessons, training materials, and assessments that support different learning styles.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Software Development concepts to explain integrations, workflows, and basic customization where relevant.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with certification in CAD or civil design software, are highly beneficial.
• Previous experience as a trainer, faculty, or instructor, and familiarity with industry‑standard civil design tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil, STAAD.Pro, CIVIL 3D, NAVISWORK, Revit, or similar) will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage classroom sessions, support multiple learners simultaneously, and maintain professional conduct in an on‑site training environment is expected.
