Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks.
• Design and prepare course materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software updates.

Instruction & Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and interactive classroom training sessions.
• Provide individual and group instruction to students of varying skill levels.
• Utilize effective teaching methodologies, including demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects.
• Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.

Student Support:

• Provide ongoing support to students, including answering questions, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance.
• Monitor student progress and provide personalized learning plans.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate student records and attendance records.
• Prepare and submit reports on training progress.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
