Job summary

Wisun Corp in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced BIM Trainer with 5+ years of industry experience. The role focuses on delivering practical, industry-oriented BIM training, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with strong mentoring and client-ready communication skills.

The trainer will develop materials, run classroom and online sessions, assess learners, and stay current with BIM standards. Immediate joiners are preferred to accelerate project readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil, architecture, or mechanical engineering.
• BIM certification preferred (Autodesk Certified Professional).
• 5+ years of BIM project experience and training.
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
• Strong training, mentoring and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online training on BIM tools and workflows.
• Train students and professionals in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and project-based learning.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with BIM standards, software updates, and best practices.
• Assist trainees with project work, queries, and career guidance.
• Collaborate with academic and technical teams to improve training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in BIM projects and training.

• Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and BIM standards.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
• Strong problem‑solving and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• BIM certification or Autodesk Certified Professional certification is preferred.

Preferred

• Prior experience as a BIM Trainer or Technical Instructor.
• Experience working on international BIM projects is an added advantage.
• Immediate/Instant joiners are highly preferred.
