Job summary

WD Partners in India is seeking a BIM Technician (Modeler) to join a global BIM team. The role focuses on Scan-to-BIM and 3D modeling for cross-disciplinary projects.

Ideal candidates have an architecture background, BIM experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. You will collaborate with designers and engineers on national and international projects and contribute to internal BIM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred; Interior Designer or 3D Modeler considered.
• Experience in BIM, modeling or digital production roles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Work within a global BIM team to support project teams and internal initiatives.
• Model projects using Scan-to-BIM and 3D modeling techniques.
• Collaborate across disciplines on cross-disciplinary, global projects.
• Support BIM standards and related internal initiatives.

As a BIM Technician (Modeler), you will work within a global BIM team to support project teams and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have Scan-to-BIM experience and strong 3D modeling experience. Architectural graduates are ideal. Interior Designers and 3D Modelers will also be considered.

Location

We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in India.

Schedule

Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.

Necessary Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is preferred; Interior Designer, 3D Modelers will also be considered
• Prior experience in BIM, modeling, or digital production roles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and BIM related software is necessary
• Interest in working on a cross-disciplinary, global project team
• Strong communication skills
