Job summary

WD Partners in India is seeking a Senior Architect to join our architectural design team to produce construction documents for clients. You will coordinate across disciplines to ensure drawings meet design intent, building codes, and standards.

The role emphasizes mentoring teammates, strong time management, and clear communication while collaborating on projects across restaurant, retail, and healthcare sectors. Remote work from India is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture is required.
• Advanced architectural design experience is expected.
• Strong proficiency with Revit is required.
• Experience mentoring and delegating work within a team is helpful.
• Excellent time management and communication skills are required.
• Experience with diverse client industries such as restaurant, retail, and healthcare.

As a Senior Architect, you will work within an architectural design team to produce construction documents for our clients. This role is responsible for coordinating across a multidisciplinary team to ensure that drawings and specifications meet design intent, building industry standards, governmental regulations, and align with zoning and building codes.

Location:We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in India.

Schedule: Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.

Necessary Experience

• Bachelor's in Architecture
• Advanced architectural design experience
• Strong proficiency with Revit is required
• Experience mentoring and/or delegating work within a team is helpful
• Excellent time management and communication skills are required
• Experience working with projects in a variety of client industries, such as restaurant, retail, and/or healthcare
