Job summary

Egis, a global Architecture, Engineering and Consultancy firm, is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator for infrastructure projects to join our Bangalore-based team.

You will manage BIM processes, develop execution plans, perform clash detection, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure models meet project requirements and deadlines. The role requires strong experience with Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D and ISO 19650 standards, and knowledge of GCC codes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience delivering infrastructure BIM projects.
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D.
  • ISO 19650 experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of GCC codes and standards.
  • BIM certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows.
  • Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and optimize designs.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet requirements and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support.
  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations and simulations for client presentations.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes for BIM deliverables.
  • Stay updated on latest BIM technologies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in GCC region.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with direct experience working on infrastructure projects (roads and utilities) to join our team in Bangalore.

As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for large-scale infrastructure projects throughout the region.

  • Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of various design elements
  • Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows for infrastructure projects
  • Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and optimize designs using advanced BIM software
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and deadlines
  • Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members
  • high-quality 3D visualizations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes for BIM deliverables
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in infrastructure design and construction
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in KSA, Dubai and the UAE

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in delivering infrastructure projects using BIM in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D
  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, visualization techniques, and infrastructure design principles
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
  • BIM certification, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, is preferred
  • Experience with large‑scale infrastructure projects
  • In‑depth knowledge of BIM standards and best practices
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in GCC
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
