Job summary

The successful candidate will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, create and maintain BIM models, run clash detection, and contribute to BEP development and project reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller.
• Proficiency in Revit, CADWorx or Civil 3D.
• Strong experience with clash detection, model coordination, and QA/QC.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM implementation across project teams.

Key Requirements

• Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and QA/QC.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on MEP projects.
• Knowledge of BIM automation, scripting, or batch programming.
• Experience supporting BIM coordination meetings.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and best practices.
• Experience delivering software training and user support.
