Prysom Solutions in Pune seeks a skilled BIM Modeler to create and manage detailed 3D BIM models and 2D drawings using Revit for US projects.

You'll coordinate with architects, engineers, and disciplines, perform clash detection, ensure quality, and maintain BIM standards. Strong collaboration and communication are essential for delivering accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working on US projects developing BIM models using Revit.
• Ability to identify problems in design and propose solutions.
• Proficient in BIM software (Revit essential); AutoCAD knowledge a plus.
• Educational background: BE/B.Tech (Civil) / B.Arch. / M Arch.
• Understanding of architectural, structural and MEP disciplines for coordinating models.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Modeling and drafting: Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models and develop 2D drawings, plans, sections, and details from the models using Revit.
• Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to resolve design changes and model challenges.
• Quality control: Ensure models are accurate, comply with project standards and regulations, and maintain a high level of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Clash detection: Identify and help resolve clashes or conflicts between different building systems to prevent issues during construction.
• Documentation: Produce and manage project deliverables, including drawings, reports, and shop drawings, ensuring they are properly documented and annotated.
• Standards adherence: Implement and maintain BIM standards and protocols as defined by the BIM Execution Plan.
