Modela Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata, India, is seeking an experienced Mechanical BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery, multidisciplinary coordination, QA/QC, and project execution on large-scale MEPF projects.

The role requires expert Revit MEP and Navisworks, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate with international teams; you will develop BEPs, enforce LOD standards, and drive BIM automation improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years ofMechanical BIM, MEP coordination, HVAC modeling, BIM/VDC, or digital engineering.
• Experience leading teams and delivering large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage; knowledge of ISO 19650 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead BIM workflows from project initiation through final delivery.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, schedules, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards, templates, and workflows.
• Lead mechanical BIM modeling, model reviews, and multidisciplinary MEPF coordination.
• Manage clash detection, resolution, coordination reports, and issue tracking.
• Conduct BIM model audits and ensure compliance with LOD requirements and project standards.
• Review mechanical shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise BIM Coordinators, BIM Engineers, and BIM Modelers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and international project teams.
• Identify opportunities for BIM automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement.

About Modela Technologies

Modela Technologies is looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery, multidisciplinary coordination, quality assurance, and project execution across complex MEPF projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, international BIM standards, and mechanical systems, along with proven experience in team leadership, client coordination, and project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and MPF BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Experience with clash detection, model federation, BIM QA/QC, and model auditing.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD, and construction documentation.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and international mechanical/HVAC standards.
• Experience with Scan-to-BIM, point cloud workflows, or Reality Capture.
• Familiarity with Dynamo, Revizto, and BIM automation.
• Experience in fabrication-level mechanical modeling.
• Exposure to international projects across the USA, UK, Middle East, or Europe.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. BIM/Revit certification will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

8–12+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical BIM, MEP coordination, HVAC modeling, BIM/VDC, or digital engineering, including experience managing teams and delivering large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
