Arrow Associates Infrastructure Private Limited seeks a BIM professional to lead strategy, standards, and execution plans. The role involves managing CDE platforms and coordinating model data, ensuring alignment with LOD and client requirements across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will drive clash detection sessions, audit models for compliance, and serve as the primary BIM liaison with clients and site teams in a dynamic project environment.

Competenze

• Minimum degree in Civil/Architecture or related field.
• Experience with BIM workflows and standards is preferred.
• Knowledge of CDE platforms and model coordination processes.

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Oversee setup and maintenance of CDE platforms to ensure data sharing and version control.
• Lead multidisciplinary clash detection sessions and coordinate resolution of spatial conflicts.
• Perform regular model audits to ensure compliance with LOD, naming conventions, and project data requirements.
• Serve as primary BIM coordination contact with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and site teams.

• BIM Strategy & Standards: Develop, implement, and enforceBIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards, templates, and workflows aligned withISO 19650 and client requirements.
• CDE Management: Oversee the setup,administration, and maintenance of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms(e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise) to ensure seamlessdata sharing and version control.
• Model Coordination & ClashDetection: Lead multidisciplinary clash detection sessions, managecoordination reports, and collaborate with engineering leads to resolve spatialconflicts prior to construction.
• Quality Control & Auditing: Conduct regular model audits toensure compliance with LOD (Level of Development) specifications, namingconventions, and project data requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point ofcontact for BIM-related coordination with clients, contractors,sub-consultants, and site teams.
