nCircle Tech Private Limited in Maharashtra is seeking a hands-on BIM specialist to contribute to our 3D modelling projects for CAD, BIM customization, and AR/VR integrations. You will work with Revit, AutoCAD and Navis Manage on scan-to-BIM projects, handling point cloud data and producing architecture-focused models.

• Must have hands-on BIM experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with scan-to-BIM projects and point cloud data.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and architectural modelling.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on BIM work for CAD/BIM projects.
• Modelling from point clouds to as-built in Revit (2D/3D).
• Work on scan-to-BIM projects with architecture focus.
• Able to handle production activity independently.
• Create Revit families for architecture.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Description

• Hands-on Experience using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Hands on experience working with point cloud to as-built modelling using Revit (2D & 3D).
• Should have experience working with scan to bim projects.
• Analyzing Scan Data, Modelling experience in Architecture
• Should have good knowledge of construction terminology
• Should be capable of handling production activity independently.
• Candidate must have sound knowledge on Revit & AutoCAD,
• Candidate should have very good skill in revit family creation for Architecture
• Should be able to handle point cloud data individually.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Requirements

• Mandatory Skill: Revit, AutoCAD, Navis Manage
• Good to have: Cyclone, Recap, Bim 360 or any rendering software Preferred Qualification:
• B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, Diploma in Civil OR B.Arch
