We are looking for BIM Engineers (Bentley OpenBuildings Designer) – I / II with strong hands‑on experience in Revit (RVT) and/or Bentley AECOsim / OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) across MEP and ASI disciplines .
The role involves developing and managing high‑quality 2D/3D BIM models , preparing detailed drawings and documentation, supporting BIM coordination, and collaborating across disciplines on international building and infrastructure projects .
Candidates with strong Revit/RVT experience who are willing to learn and work on Bentley platforms are encouraged to apply.
- Develop and manage 2D/3D BIM models using Revit and/or Bentley AECOsim / OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) .
- Prepare detailed BIM models, shop drawings, As‑built drawings and project documentation as per project requirements.
- Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection and clash resolution activities.
- Coordinate with MEP, Architectural, Structural and other disciplines .
- Ensure models and deliverables comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards and internal quality standards .
- Support quantity take‑offs, model audits and project documentation.
- Assist in developing and maintaining BIM content, families, templates and standardized workflows .
- Support project teams across different stages of BIM delivery.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to resolving technical and modelling issues.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies, Revit workflows and Bentley solutions .
- Strong hands‑on experience in Revit and/or Bentley OBD .
- Relevant BIM experience in MEP, Architectural , Structural , or Infrastructure projects
- Good understanding of discipline‑specific BIM modelling and workflows.
- Basic knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection .
- Familiarity with Navisworks is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Bentley OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) is preferred.
- Willingness to develop expertise in Bentley applications, particularly OpenBuildings Designer (OBD), and work on Bentley‑based projects.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 / BS 1192 / PAS 1192 is preferred.
Good communication, coordination, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Plumbing, Architecture or a related discipline .
- 2–5 years of relevant BIM experience, preferably with strong Revit/RVT and/or Bentley platform exposure.
- Experience working on large‑scale building/infrastructure or international projects will be an added advantage.
