Overview

• Preparation of parametric 3D BIM model in Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge in creating parametric Revit families as per client specifications.
• Filter, Revit plans, sections, sheet creation, and view range tags.
• Basic knowledge of building services execution and sequences.

Responsibilities

• Working on a central model, working as per element work sets LOD 100 to LOD 350.
• Candidate will be responsible for BIM works of any / multiple of the following
• Plumbing
• HVAC + Mechanical
• Documentation floor-wise and wing-wise documentation with applying filters.
• MEP quantity take-off.
• Sheets creation.
• RFI creation and management

Strengths

• Capable of working in a team.
• Self-motivated.

Software Skills with Good Experience

• AUTOCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM software solutions like Revit Architecture, and Structure.
• Preliminary Knowledge of Navisworks

Qualifications and Education Requirements
