Job summary

Techture Structures Pvt Ltd seeks a BIM Engineer II - Electrical to deliver high-quality BIM models and documentation for international projects, adhering to BIM standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will develop Electrical BIM models for Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, and related systems, maintain Revit MEP and Fabrication models, and perform clash detection to ensure QA/QC and compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEC and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of BIM Modelling experience.
• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, AutoCAD and ACC/BIM 360.
• Experience on US, UK or Middle East projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Electrical BIM models for Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm and related systems per project BIM standards.
• Develop and maintain Revit MEP and Revit Fabrication models with fabrication databases.
• Prepare Electrical shop drawings, construction documentation, and quantity take-offs.
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.
• Review Electrical BIM models for QA/QC and compliance with BIM standards before submission.
• Review Electrical models for compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEC and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and implement client comments.
• Maintain project documentation and ACC/BIM 360 workflows.

About the Role

Deliver high-quality BIM models and construction documentation for international projects while following BIM standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Electrical BIM models for Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, and related systems in accordance with project BIM standards.

• Develop and maintain Revit MEP and Revit Fabrication models while utilizing fabrication databases as per company and project standards.

• Prepare Electrical shop drawings, construction documentation, and quantity take-offs.

• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.

• Review Electrical BIM models for QA/QC and compliance with project BIM standards before submission.

• Review Electrical models for compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEC, and client requirements.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and implement client comments.

• Maintain project documentation and ACC/BIM 360 workflows.

What We're Looking For

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

• 2-5 years of BIM Modelling experience.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Autodesk Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC/BIM 360.

• Good understanding of BEP, LOD, QA/QC, CDE workflows, and construction documentation.

• Experience working on US, UK, or Middle East projects is preferred.

Technical Expertise

• Power Distribution, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, Cable Tray, Conduit & Busduct Routing.

• Earthing, Lightning Protection, Electrical Room Coordination and Builder's Work.

• Working knowledge of NEC, IEC, NFPA and related international standards.
