Qualifications

Responsibilities

Working Hours: U.S.-aligned evening shift

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary MEP coordination for U.S. data center projects.

This is a fully client-facing role requiring strong technical leadership, excellent professional English, and the ability to independently lead client meetings. The successful candidate will represent our team in client discussions, guide modelers, resolve technical issues, and take ownership of model quality and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interface and Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for BIM efforts, maintaining clear, professional communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Meeting Leadership: Independently chair multidisciplinary BIM meetings, prepare agendas, present models and technical issues, facilitate decisions, and document action items with assigned responsibilities and deadlines.
• Technical Leadership: Guide the modeling team, evaluate coordination solutions, provide clear technical direction, and ensure agreed actions are implemented accurately.
• Multidisciplinary MEP Coordination: Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems with architectural and structural elements.
• Clash Detection and Resolution: Lead Navisworks clash reviews, assess issue priorities, develop practical solutions, and drive outstanding issues through closure.
• Constructability Review: Evaluate routing, elevations, system interfaces, equipment clearances, installation feasibility, and access for operation and maintenance.
• BIM Quality Assurance: Review models and drawing packages against drawings, specifications, equipment submittals, RFIs, and approved project revisions.
• Delivery Management: Establish coordination priorities, monitor progress, communicate risks early, and maintain accountability for project deadlines and client commitments.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Strong MEP Technical Competence: Excellent understanding and demonstrated hands-on coordination experience across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, including HVAC, mechanical piping, electrical distribution, conduit and cable tray systems, plumbing, and fire protection interfaces.
• Proven Client-Facing Experience: Experience directly managing technical coordination with clients and project stakeholders on U.S. construction projects.
• Excellent Professional English: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to confidently lead meetings, explain complex technical issues, present recommendations, and manage formal client correspondence.
• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to direct modelers, delegate effectively, review technical work, resolve disagreements constructively, and maintain team accountability.
• Advanced BIM Proficiency: Strong working proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks, including multidisciplinary model review, clash detection, and coordination workflows.
• Engineering Judgment and Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret construction documents, assess competing requirements, and recommend technically sound, practical solutions.
• Ownership and Reliability: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and availability during U.S.-aligned working hours.

Preferred Experience

Experience on data center or mission-critical projects, particularly critical power and cooling infrastructure, and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
