Job summary

Design Genesisx Studio in Pune City invites a skilled BIM Architect to join our growing architectural practice. You will develop and manage Building Information Models across all design stages, ensuring accuracy and coordination.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating architectural and construction drawings, preparing design documentation, and supporting submittals for approvals. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to maintain design intent.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and ability to translate concepts into detailed documentation.
• Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows, with experience in model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
• Ability to produce and manage Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings per standards and local regulations.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Submittals, including design packages and documentation for approvals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Working knowledge of BIM/CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with local building codes and construction practices in India is an advantage.

Role Description
