Qualifications

• Ensure models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and workflow
• Export NWC/IFC and other formats for collaboration
• Publish drawing sets to the cloud for review and mark-up
• Collaborate with other disciplines on design and model changes
• May lead in developing discipline-specific model content
• Adhere to BIM content standards and development procedures
• Implement Quality Control and support SHEQ compliance

Responsibilities

• Design and perform BIM Modelling for specific design discipline.
• Ensure models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards.
• Synchronize models/drawings daily to the cloud collaboration platform.
• Implement Quality Control in model production.
• Report progress to BIM Lead/Coordinator on the progress of work
• Export NWC/IFC and other formats for collaboration internally and externally
• Publish drawing sets to the cloud for professional team review and mark-up
• Prepare discipline model and/or content for BIM coordination meetings
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines regarding design-changes and model changes
• Follow BEP and BIM project workflow criteria
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
• May take the lead on developing some discipline specific model content

Job description

As a BIM Technician - Architect for WSP India, you will be working on a large variety of project, Architecture detailed design projects, and be able to achieve delivery schedules.

Advance Revit Architecture knowledge must, Proficient Revit Structure knowledge requires.

Responsibilities :-

• Design and perform BIM Modelling for specific design discipline under the supervision / direction of BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager.
• Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.
• Clean up and synchronize models/drawings daily to the cloud collaboration platform.
• Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner.
• Report regularly to BIM Lead / BIM Coordinator on the progress of work.
• Ensure all exported information are recorded in the correct directory.
• Implement Quality Control
• Responsible to participate and support the Company's SHEQ within their scope of duties.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines regarding design-changes and model changes.
• Adhere to the BEP and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
• May take the lead on developing some discipline specific model content.
• Publish drawing sets to the cloud for professional team review and mark-up.
• Prepare discipline model and/or content for BIM coordination meetings.
