Job summary

Ashoka Buildcon in Mumbai seeks a Quantity Surveying professional to perform quantity take-offs, RFI raising, GFC quantity finalisation, and manage client/subcontractor billing on EPC projects.

You will coordinate with site engineers for BBS, ensure monthly SAP bookings, and liaise with accounts for taxation and payments, while handling contract letters and extra-item analyses.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering (DCE/BE/B.Tech).
• NICMAR (QS) preferred; SAP knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Quantity take off and drawing study.
• Raising RFIs.
• Finalisation of GFC quantities.
• Coordination with site engineers for BBS and client/SC bill compilation.
• Complete billing cycle for SC, MB verification, SAP bookings, and accounts coordination.
• Material and billed qty to paid qty reconciliation.
• Client billing: preparation and submission for certification per contract.
• Contract management: drafting contractual letters, etc.
• Identify extra items and perform rate analysis for the client.
• Rate analysis and finalisation of subcontractors for site.

Role & responsibilities

1. Quantity Take Off and drawing study

5. Complete billing cycle for SC - MB verification, ensuring monthly billing, SAP booking & co-ordination with Accounts for taxation / vendor payment

6. Material & billed qty to paid qty reconciliation

7. Client billing - preparation, submission to certification in accordance with contract

8. Contract Management - preparing contractual letters, etc.

9. Extra Items Identification & Rate Analysis for client

10. Able to perform Rate Analysis & finalise subcontractors for site.

NICMAR (QS) / SAP knowledge will be added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

EPC company who have worked in high rise residential. Have exposure in client and sub con billing. SAP knowledge is a advantage
