About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Collections Specialist to join our team at QuickReply.ai. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end billing process — from generating invoices and reconciling payments to following up on overdue accounts — ensuring smooth financial operations and a great customer experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with our finance and operations teams to maintain accurate financial records, monitor usage-based billing, and drive timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers on time.
• Monitor customer usage data and ensure correct billing for SaaS subscriptions.
• Record incoming payments and reconcile them with outstanding invoices.
• Proactively follow up with customers for overdue payments while maintaining professionalism.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Prepare periodic reports on billing, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.

Must have skills

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Hands-on experience with invoicing/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations.
