Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking an entry-level professional contributor to support client projects under close supervision. You will assist in building and validating customer-centric solutions, document and train on new implementations, and provide tier 2/3 support.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience gathering technical requirements from external customers.

• Process documentation and validation execution skills.
• Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify key project milestones and implementation timelines with customers and PM teams.

• Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions.
• Develops and implements solution validation plans.
• Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans.
• Builds training materials for the implemented solutions.
• Trains customers on the implemented solutions.
• Participates in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
