Job summary

IQVIA in Bengaluru seeks an entry-level professional for the Bigdata Factory (BDF) Support role. You will work under close supervision on routine problems and interact with customers and project teams to align milestones and timelines.

You will build and document customer-centric solutions, implement validation plans, and support QA, UAT and production launches. Strong communication, documentation, and CS background are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of clinical trials/pharma domain is a plus.

• Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.
• Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions.
• Develops and implements solution validation plans.
• Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans.
• Builds training materials for the implemented solutions.
• Trains customers on the implemented solutions.
• Participates in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements.
• Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base.
• Collaborates with the DrugDev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality.

Qualifications
