Job summary

Alpauls in Mumbai seeks an experienced Bid Manager (HVAC & Refrigeration) to lead end-to-end bid activities for HVAC, Refrigeration, Ventilation, and MEP projects, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Project teams.

The role requires 10–15 years in HVAC/MEP bid management, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and strong tendering, costing, and client negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of bid management experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or MEP sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Strong tendering, estimation, costing, and proposal preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete bid lifecycle from tender receipt to final submission and project handover.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for HVAC, Refrigeration, Ventilation, and MEP projects.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams for bid development.
• Develop project cost estimates, pricing strategies, cash flow forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Review BOQs, BOMs, vendor quotations, and subcontractor proposals.
• Prepare customer presentations, clarifications, and management approval documents.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth project handover to execution teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and tender requirements.
