BI & Reporting Specialist at Jungheinrich India

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional/international teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into data driven steering instruments.
• Design, develop and maintain data marts and data models to support business reporting and analytics.
• Design and develop interactive, high‑performance dashboards, reports and visualisations using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other BI tools such as Power BI.
• Participate in the rollout of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Standardise and automate processes in the Analytics & BI area.
• Assist the transition of the company into a data‑driven organisation, catering to thousands of potential internal customers.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through implementation of data validation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Communicate results of work to various stakeholders, management and senior leadership.
• Build bridges to data analytics / science using tools such as MS Azure, Data Bricks, SAP Joule and SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Support the digital transformation of Jungheinrich, accompanying the implementation of SAP S4, SAP C4C, IFS, and the transition to a new Business Intelligence (BW/4HANA) and Analytics toolset.

Work as part of virtual project teams using agile methods and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Education: University/Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field.
• Specialised Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of data warehousing, database technologies (ETL), data modelling, and familiarity with SAP SAC scripting.
• Skills: Experience with agile working methods, strong background in BI, query design and tools such as SAP BW 4/HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Eclipse, Power BI, and SAP BDC/Datasphere.
