Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, or BI.
• 3-5 years with SAP BW on HANA and SAP Datasphere.
• 3-5 years building data warehouses or data infrastructure.
• Hands-on SAP data integration techniques, including BDC.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with large datasets and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Business Objects is a plus.
• ABAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate requirements to technical solutions and collaborate globally.

• Design, develop, and maintain data models and scalable data pipelines within SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.
• Build and support end-to-end BI solutions covering data modeling, ETL, data transformation, and reporting.
• Integrate data from SAP and non-SAP sources using appropriate data integration techniques, including BDC.
• Deliver clean, structured, and trusted datasets that support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data loads, transformations, queries, and overall platform performance.
• Translate business and analytics requirements into robust technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders and data teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering, warehousing, and BI processes across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or business intelligence development.
• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP BW on HANA and SAP Datasphere.
• 3-5 years of experience developing data warehouses or data infrastructure solutions.
• Practical experience with SAP data integration techniques, including BDC.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end BI solutions, including data modeling, ETL/data pipelines, reporting, and analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of data structures and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets and applying performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Power BI or Business Objects is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technical colleagues in a global environment.
