Bounteous in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in ecommerce or retail to lead delivery of digital commerce programs from discovery through launch. You will work with senior business and technical stakeholders, run Scrum ceremonies, and coordinate cross-functional teams across platforms and technology stacks.

This role requires immediate joining and a track record of delivering complex programs under pressure.

Competenze

• 8+ years of technology delivery experience, including at least 4 years as a Technical Project Manager or Technical Program Manager.
• Proven experience delivering ecommerce or retail technology programs, such as storefront launches, platform migrations, omnichannel initiatives, or order and fulfilment integrations.
• A technical background that lets you understand how commerce systems are designed, integrated, and deployed, with the flexibility to work across different platforms and technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience running projects using Scrum, including facilitating ceremonies and working in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• A strong track record of managing senior business and technical stakeholders, including situations involving competing priorities or high pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis and turn findings into lasting improvements.
• Experience contributing to high-level solution design, estimation, and scoping, ideally in a client-facing or consulting setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical issues in terms of business and customer impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with one or more commerce platforms, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), SAP Commerce, Shopify Plus, commercetools, or BigCommerce.
• Exposure to headless, composable, or MACH architecture approaches.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and analytics, including conversion rate, cart abandonment, and site performance during peak load.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, or SAFe.
• Experience with omnichannel capabilities such as buy online pick up in store (BOPIS), ship from store, or unified inventory.
