Ansira is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to translate complex data into actionable insights, building efficient data models and optimizing performance. A strong SQL foundation and experience with Snowflake/Azure are highly valued, as is a proactive mindset toward AI-enabled analytics.

Qualificações

• Proven experience designing and delivering Power BI dashboards.

A Power BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The developer will leverage a strong data warehouse foundation to build efficient data models, optimize report performance, and ensure data accuracy. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with Power BI, strong SQL skills, and a good understanding of data modeling concepts. Experience working with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Azure, along with familiarity in handling large datasets and performance tuning, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand business requirements are essential for success in this role. • Power BI Technical Expertise
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

  • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage data access controls

• SQL & Data Validation Skills
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from various sources
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation between Power BI reports and underlying data sources
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Troubleshoot data issues and identify root causes
