Job summary

MPloyChek, a technology-led background verification platform, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage BGV cases from initiation to closure. You will support clients and candidates via phone, email, and the MPloyChek platform, and coordinate employment, education, and other verification checks.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of BGV operations or customer-support experience, strong communication, and familiarity with verification processes, documents and TAT management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of BGV operations or BGV customer-support experience.
• Clear communication, strong follow-through and comfort using SaaS tools.
• Working knowledge of verification processes, documents and TAT management.
