Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

The BFSI Trainer will deliver structured classroom training in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance concepts to learners, ensuring clarity of fundamentals and practical application. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting sessions, preparing lesson plans and training materials, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The trainer will align course delivery with Anudip’s curriculum and employer requirements, maintain training reports, and coordinate with center staff for smooth batch management and placements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular interaction with learners and colleagues at the training center. The trainer will also support counseling, doubt-clearing sessions, and soft skills development to enhance learner employability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) concepts and practices, preferably with prior industry or teaching experience in the BFSI domain.
• Proficiency in training delivery, classroom management, and learner engagement, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learner groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi, with strong interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate youth from varied backgrounds.
• Ability to design lesson plans, create and adapt training content, and use digital tools (MS Office, online learning platforms) to support instruction.
• Good assessment and evaluation skills, including conducting tests, tracking learner progress, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
• Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; relevant certifications in BFSI or training may be an advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven training environment, with a strong commitment to skill development and inclusion.
• Prior experience in vocational training, skill development projects, or working with NSDC-aligned programs will be considered beneficial.
