Core responsibilities

• Implementation and support: Design, implement, configure, and support various BeyondTrust products, including Password Safe, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Remote Support.
• System integration: Integrate BeyondTrust with other enterprise systems like Active Directory, identity management tools, and IT service management (ITSM) platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Workflow and automation: Develop and document PAM workflows for access requests and approvals. Create and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to improve operational efficiency.
• Compliance and security: Ensure solutions meet security standards, such as DISA STIGs and NIST 800-53. Support audit requests by generating reports and documentation.
