Job summary

ANR Global Ventures LLP is seeking a BESS/Energy Storage professional to join a growing business focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems and renewable energy solutions for domestic and international markets. Location: Gurgaon, India.

The role involves technical design, supplier coordination, and project support from enquiry to execution. You should have 3–5 years of experience in energy storage, with a focus on LFP/Li-ion batteries, BMS/EMS, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in energy storage or battery systems
• Experience with LFP/Li‑ion batteries and renewable energy
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Understand LFP battery systems, BMS, PCS, EMS & complete BESS architecture
• Engage in technical discussions with Chinese battery/BESS manufacturers
• Prepare technical specifications, BOMs and quotations
• Support system sizing and project requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers, EPCs and customers

Job description

We are looking for a BESS / Energy Storage professional to join a growing business focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), LFP/LiFePO₄ technology and renewable energy solutions for domestic and international markets.

THE ROLE

• Understanding LFP battery systems, BMS, PCS, EMS & complete BESS architecture
• Technical discussions with Chinese battery/BESS manufacturers
• Preparing technical specifications, BOMs and quotations
• Supporting system sizing and project requirements
• Coordination with suppliers, EPCs and customers
• Technical & commercial comparison of BESS solutions
• Supporting international BESS projects from enquiry to execution

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualification:

Diploma / Graduate / B.E. / B.Tech — Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Energy or related discipline

Experience:

3–5 years

Preferred experience in:

BESS | Lithium-ion Batteries | LFP | Solar Energy | Power Electronics | Renewable Energy | Electrical Systems | Energy Storage

You should be:

• Technically sound and curious about emerging energy-storage technologies
• Comfortable working with international suppliers
• Good with technical documentation, Excel and calculations
• Strong in communication and coordination
• Willing to take ownership and work in a fast-growing business environment

BESS-specific experience will be strongly preferred.
