Job summary

Capco Group in Bengaluru seeks an Operations & Resourcing Manager to lead enterprise-wide workforce planning, resource management, and governance. You will partner with business, delivery, TA, HR and finance to drive capacity planning and operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 12–15 years of experience in Operations, Workforce Planning, PMO or Delivery Operations, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Operations, Workforce Planning, PMO or Delivery Operations.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale workforce planning and capacity.
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
• Experience partnering with business, TA, HR, and finance teams.
• Proficiency with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Own workforce planning, demand forecasting, and capacity management across portfolios.
• Drive resource allocation, utilization, bench optimization, and internal mobility.
• Align hiring plans with growth and project demand.
• Govern resourcing operations through KPI tracking and dashboards.
• Identify capacity risks and provide proactive recommendations.
