Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, is a global technology and management consulting firm. We are seeking an Operations & Resourcing Manager to lead enterprise-wide workforce planning and resource management.

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR, and finance to optimize capacity and fulfillment of demand. The role focuses on planning across portfolios, bench optimization, and governance, with a strong emphasis on analytics using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Operations, Workforce Planning, Resource Management, PMO, or Delivery Operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale workforce planning in consulting, banking, technology, or GCC environments.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own workforce planning, demand forecasting, and capacity management across business portfolios.
• Drive resource allocation, utilization, bench optimization, and internal mobility to maximize productivity.
• Partner with business and delivery leaders to align hiring plans with growth and project demand.
• Govern resourcing operations through KPI tracking, reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Identify capacity risks, skill gaps, and hiring priorities, providing proactive recommendations.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
