VLCC Clinic in Chennai is seeking a visionary Beauty Head to drive Beauty & Derma sales, ensure exceptional client experiences, and uphold VLCC standards. You will lead a team of therapists, manage day-to-day operations, and shape service delivery.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, sales acumen, and people leadership, with a focus on customer delight, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and slimming teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy.
• Background in dermatology or trichology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales & business growth: achieve beauty, derma & product sales targets (self + team); drive upselling and package renewals.
• Customer excellence: deliver high service standards, maintain NPS > 90%; conduct consultations and follow-ups.
• Operations & compliance: ensure SOP adherence, hygiene, equipment & stock management; oversee documentation and system entries.
• Team leadership: lead, train & motivate the beauty team; manage rosters, productivity and engagement.
• Collaboration: work with Slimming, Derma & Marketing teams for cross-functional growth.

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives

Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy / Dermatology (BDS/Trichology/Cosmetologist background preferred).

Role Overview

The Beauty Head is responsible for driving Beauty & Derma sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence at the clinic. The role requires strong technical knowledge, sales acumen, and leadership ability to manage a team of therapists while ensuring service efficacy and client delight.

Skills:

Excellent communication, Sales, Leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
