Responsibilities

• Serve as knowledge custodian for the line of business.
• Conduct training for newly hired trainers.
• Plan and execute training programs across India.
• Deliver client KPI goals through training and development.
• Maintain comprehensive training database for the LOB.
• Deliver agreed client KPI goals.
• Train ISDs at retail outlets.
• Prepare review decks and dashboards.
• Maintain the training data base for the LOB.

Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Knowledge custodian for the LOB
• Conduct T3 for the new hired trainers
• Prepare the team facilitate learning sessions and help reflect and improve practice through appropriate evaluation of the trainers and external customers.
• Planning and ensuring the execution of NHIPs and other training programs PAN India.
• Market visit & constantly work on process improvement.
• Deliver agreed client KPI goals.
• Training the ISDs at retail outlets.
• Prepare review decks and other required dashboards.
• Maintain the entire training data base for the LOB.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience
• Graduate
• Prior DTH training experience
• Sales/Retail/DTH training (telecom) experience required
