Job summary

Ga Infra is seeking a banking operations professional to manage day-to-day transactions and banking instruments within its Jaipur project teams. You will coordinate with banks, handle BG/LC, and ensure accurate reconciliations and documentation.

The role requires 3–10 years in Banking/Finance operations, a graduate degree, and preference for experience in construction/infrastructure EPC sectors, with strong MS Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in Banking / Finance operations.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Construction / Infrastructure / EPC companies will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BG, LC, bank reconciliation, payments, and banking documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day banking operations and transactions.
• Handle Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), and other banking instruments.
• Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, payments, documentation, and account-related matters.
• Maintain and monitor bank accounts, bank reconciliations, and banking records.
• Coordinate with Finance & Accounts, vendors, and project teams for banking requirements.
• Track BG/LC validity, renewals, amendments, and releases.
• Prepare banking-related MIS and reports.
• Ensure timely completion of banking documentation and compliance requirements.
