Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally over voice calls and chat.

Process Details

• 70% Voice | 30% Chat
• Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Weekly Offs: Rotational
• Cab Facility: Not available

Salary Package

• CTC: 51,350 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 38,400 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to banking services through voice calls and chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and adhere to quality standards.
• Meet assigned KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT), productivity, and quality targets.
• Follow company policies, banking procedures, and data confidentiality guidelines.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
