Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Application Support Engineer for L2 support of banking applications in Cochin/Kerala. You will analyze, debug and resolve production issues, with hands-on expertise in SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, DevOps and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years' experience in providing L2 application support for retail banking applications.
• Experience with AML, ADV, Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CRM and Govt schemes.
• Knowledge in banking domain, especially India-specific requirements.
• Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture and Integration.
• Ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking projects.
• Analyse business requirements, analyse and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis and identify automation scope.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to analyse requirements and monitor applications, incident management & resolution.
• Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes.

Job Location: Cochin/Kerala Application Support engineer to provide L2 support experience (shift based) in supporting banking Applications like AML, ADV, Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CRM, Govt schemes (APY, PMJJBY, PMSBY) etc, analyze, debug & resolve production issues. Experience with SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution, fine tuning, root cause analysis, scripting and automation skills.

Required Skills and Experience
