Job summary

Accenture PLC in India (Maharashtra) is seeking a Banking Advisory Senior Analyst to support corporate real estate due diligence and advisory services. You will work with the Wholesale banking team to assess real estate assets, perform due diligence, and contribute to risk mitigation for client engagements.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a BCom degree, and hands-on experience with commercial real estate valuation and lease data. Rotational shifts may be included.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Due Diligence and property accounting.
• Familiarity with corporate banking processes and risk mitigation.
• Proficient in valuing commercial real estate and lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Property Accounting.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks in real estate and immovable property before agreements.
• Valuation of commercial real estate using Argus, lease data and rent rolls.
• Real Estate Due Diligence is the primary skill (P1).
• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems in day-to-day tasks.
• Interact with peers within Accenture and sometimes clients/management.
• May receive minimal instruction on daily tasks, moderate on new assignments.
• May oversee a small work effort or team and work in rotational shifts.

What would you do?

• Property Accounting
• The Corporate banking Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business
• Identify and assess, prevent and mitigate and account to provide reasonable measures to adapt before executing an agreement in relation to the real estate and immovable property.
• Valuation of commercial real estate using software like Argus, extracting key information from lease agreements (including amendments) and rent rolls. What are we looking for?
