Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Banking Advisory Senior Analyst in Mumbai with 5–8 years of experience in Com.Bkg- Commercial Real Estate - Real Estate Due Diligence. You will handle property accounting and related analyses for wholesale banking clients.

You will perform real estate valuations using Argus, assess leases, and contribute to risk mitigation and client deliverables within a fast‑paced, advisory environment.

Qualifications

• BCom degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in banking advisory or real estate due diligence.
• Experience in commercial real estate valuation and lease/rent analyses.

Responsibilities

• Property accounting and related financial analyses.
• Support wholesale banking trade finance processes and client service delivery.

What would you do?

• Property Accounting
• The Corporate banking Wholesale banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations processes trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business
• Identify and assess, prevent and mitigate and account to provide reasonable measures to adapt before executing an agreement in relation to the real estate and immovable property.
• Valuation of commercial real estate using software like Argus, extracting key information from lease agreements (including amendments) and rent rolls.
