Job summary

AXIS MAX Life Insurance Company is seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior RM for Bancassurance. The role involves handling 2 to 3 bank branches, converting bank leads into sales, and driving cross selling of insurance and financial products. Graduation with sales exposure in Insurance/banking is preferred.

Incentives are offered on top of CTC 3–4.5 LPA, recognizing performance and branch-wise achievement in a Bancassurance setting across India.

Qualifications

• Graduates with minimum 6 months of sales experience in Insurance, banking or financial products.
• Experience in bancassurance channel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle 2 to 3 bank branches and convert bank leads into sales.
