Job summary

Healing Hands Clinic in Bengaluru South is seeking a full-time BAMS/MS surgeon to join our specialty practice focused on constipation, piles, hernia, and related lifestyle conditions. The doctor will provide outpatient and inpatient consultations, conduct thorough assessments, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

You will perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, prescribe therapies, and collaborate with nurses, technicians, and administration to ensure safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Recognized BAMS degree; MS (shalya) preferred, with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
• Clinical experience in proctology, colorectal disorders, gastroenterology, or management of constipation, piles, hernia, and lifestyle diseases.
• Strong skills in patient examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and interpretation of relevant investigations and procedures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
• Excellent communication skills for patient counseling, documentation, and explaining treatment plans in clear, empathetic language.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
• Comfort working in a high-volume specialty clinic environment, with strong time-management and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru South and align with the clinic’s patient-centric values and ethical standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BAMS / MS Surgeon at Healing Hands Clinic, located in Bengaluru South. The doctor will provide outpatient and inpatient consultations, conduct detailed clinical assessments, and manage treatment plans for patients with constipation, piles, fisher, fistula,hernia, and lifestyle-related conditions. Daily responsibilities include performing and interpreting relevant diagnostic procedures, prescribing medications and therapies, and coordinating with nursing and support staff to ensure safe and effective patient care. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, following evidence-based protocols, and participating in case discussions and clinical meetings. The doctor will also educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modification, and post-treatment follow-up, while upholding clinic standards for quality, safety, and patient experience.
