Job summary

The Baker role at HumbleBean Coffee & Pâtisserie - Indiranagar, Bengaluru (Full Time) is a hands-on bakery position. You will prepare, bake, and develop bakery items following company recipes, while ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene standards in a busy kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of bakery experience, strong English communication skills, and basic computer knowledge. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru's Indiranagar area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, viennoiserie, savories, and bakes according to company recipes and standards.
• Execute lamination, baking bread, and product development for bakery items.
• Operate baking ovens, mixers, proofers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods by following proper preparation techniques and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and preparation areas regularly.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment and facilities.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of HumbleBean Hospitality.
